Privacy policy.
Clear information about what personal data I collect, why I use it and the choices you have.
1. Data controller
Controller: Alby Hernández González · NIF 78525966X
Location: Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain
Email: hola@diseñowebfuerteventura.com
2. Data I process and why
Enquiries and quotations
I may process your name, email address, optional phone number and the information you provide about your business or project. I use it to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The information is kept until the enquiry has been resolved, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention or you ask for deletion.
Website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, technical information about your visit may be used to understand aggregate website usage. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention depends on the analytics tool and will not exceed 26 months.
3. Service providers and recipients
Data may be processed only where necessary by providers that support the website:
- Vercel, for website hosting and technical delivery.
- Web3Forms, for processing contact form submissions.
- CallMeBot / WhatsApp, solely to send me an internal new-enquiry alert containing the name and email submitted.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Personal data is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
4. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers rely on a valid legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data by emailing hola@diseñowebfuerteventura.com. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
6. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure.
7. Cookies and updates
For details about cookies, see the cookie policy. This policy may be updated when services or legal requirements change; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
