Custom websites built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as WordPress. If your site uses Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or another platform, tell me and I will assess what support makes sense.
Monitoring remains active and records the incident. Assessment begins during the next working period. Stores that need special coverage can request a separate support agreement.
Yes. You can move up or down at any time, with the change taking effect at the start of the following month. There is no minimum commitment.
Changing text, an image, opening hours or a price on an existing page. WordPress Business includes up to 30 minutes and WooCommerce up to one hour per month. Time does not roll over; new pages, designs and functionality are quoted separately.
Hosting is separate. If you prefer, I can manage your hosting and domain for an additional annual fee, usually €80–€150 depending on the plan. If you already have hosting, I can work with your existing provider.
